It's THAT time of year !

As we reach the end of the year, there are going to be a lot of people who you've placed going to hand in their notice (after the company Christmas party, of course...) and then being begged to stay with a nice, juicy counteroffer. We know that it's usually a panic/desperation move by the client to maintain the status quo for a few months but candidates, especially those who are resigning a post for the first time, may not be savvy to this.
